Directors service address
A service address is required by all company directors, LLP members and any individual or firm registered as a Person with Significant Control (PSC) of the business. The address serves as their official correspondence address. Our Service address is for anyone who wants to keep their residential address private and off the public register at Companies House. As an individual who may move from home to home or even city to city, you may require a fixed personal address which ensures all your mail is sent to one address. All letters and parcels can be sent to this address and then forwarded onto you at an additional cost. Prices start at £180
We provide the perfect Virtual Office Solutions. A virtual office endows the enterprising employee or business owner with many of the benefits of a physical office but without any actual space or desks. Strapped for time? Our Telephone service will allow you to free up some time and have all your calls taken care of by one of our virtual receptionists. Any calls to your number can be redirected to a receptionist who will answer calls in your company name. This provides a better service, convincing customers to leave details and a message. The receptionist then sends you their message and contact details via email.
At W1 Virtual Office we can support any individuals in starting a business by using our registration service. This includes registering to Companies House and supporting your business at all stages. Once we form your company, we will send you the certificates and all relevant paperwork. Package costs £80
Our desk space rental provides you with all the benefits of a fully serviced office but at a competitive price in a fantastic location allowing easy access to your clients. Our office comes fully furnished with high-speed internet access and use of our printing services (at an additional cost.) This rental is only available for existing clients. Meeting room hire
We have three very modern and well-kept meeting rooms perfect for wowing your clients. Our rooms can seat 4 – 10 people and are equipped with free WIFI, ultra HD Samsung screens, refreshments – tea, coffee, water and biscuits and we can also arrange for your meeting to be catered by some of London’s best caters (additional cost required) Our Piccadilly Meeting Room seats four on a roundtable starting at £55.00 per rental. The St James’s Boardroom seating eight in a horseshoe or boardroom layout prices start at £70.00 and The Mayfair Boardroom seats up to ten in a horseshoe or boardroom layout, starting at £90.00 per rental.

Our parcel forwarding service allows you to use our London address as your shipping address. Once your mail or package has arrived we will ship your purchases to you at your designated address (worldwide) there will be a £5 admin charge plus the cost of sending the parcel.
